Extra Workshop - Informal Networks and Change Communication
Due to the large number of participants, we have decided to include a fourth workshop at the conference, in order to make sure workshops remain an opportunity for more direct, hands-on learning. Integrating Social Networks with Change Communication will be the subject of a workshop being led by Mike Klein, Brussels-based communication professional and author.
Klein, whose previous change communication experience has included work with Shell IT International, the US Department of Transportation, Cable & Wireless and as merger communication lead for easyJet Airlines, will incorporate learnings from previous engagements with an understanding of Web 2.0 tools and of underlying social communication principles that
dates back to a previous career as a political campaign manager in 14 US states. Mike is a prolific writer on communication issues and can be
found on the Internet at Intersection.
