Co-Founder, The Joy Asset
Having established and led Internal Communications functions at Heathrow Airport Ltd, across BAA plc in the UK and worldwide for Bombardier Transportation, Sandra established her own communications, coaching and internal events consultancy in 2008. In 2010 she also co-founded The Joy Asset with Marianne With – helping leaders and teams
generate creativity and energy at work. Sandra is Irish, lives in Berlin, holds an MBA and is trained as a Co-Active Coach.
